    Unvented cylinder registration

Oh yea sure but as you register the warranty with Glowworm, they register it with Gas Safe for you. Quite handy as it's all done via an app on my phone that scans the barcode on the boiler.

    Unvented cylinder registration

Thanks Rick. I was thinking that might be the case after Dan said he has both options on his gas safe page. What's all this warrant business though??

    Unvented cylinder registration

Thanks Dan / Rick. Situation is... I have G3 and all the relevant gas qualifications but I work for a company so don't have my own personal GS number so I'm not used to registering procedures etc.... My Dad however, runs his own plumbing/heating company but in all honesty he's an old school...

    Unvented cylinder registration

Who do I need to phone to sort it out? I've done this stuff for years but always worked for a large company so never had to worry about registrations before. Thanks.

    Unvented cylinder registration

Bit of a strange combi boiler problem

I never bother venting the pump anyways, just run the heating until it clears.

    DHW cylinder directly on floor

The warm air in the void can lead to condensation so it needs to breath.

Bit of a strange combi boiler problem

Before you buy, take off the white case (not the combustion case) run the tap and get the boiler into it's fault condition then check that the pin isn't making the switch correctly. This way you can be 100% positive it's the diaphragm.

    DHW cylinder directly on floor

The bottom of the cylinder is concaved so if you mount it directly onto chipboard there will be a void. This area needs to breath or over time the wood can rot. Chipboard will be especially vulnerable.

Bit of a strange combi boiler problem

Sounds to me like it only needs the diaphragm as it is part worn, I wouldn't bother touching the rest of the diverter valve. Not to do any of my colleagues out of a job but...

    Tiling onto...

It's around 2 weeks old but I'm not going to get around to tiling it for 4-5 weeks yet. Thanks to both for the help.
