Yes all it said in the manual is it needs to be taken to a dealer who will re set it, looks like that is what he will have to do.

After disconnecting the battery on my sons 53 plate Vauxhall Astra he attempted a few times to re-set the radio code but he got it wrong each time (don’t ask). Now the radio needs to be re set by the dealer. Is there any way around this to do it myself. Thanks, David.

Thanks for the tips, sounds like it maybe an earth or connection problem. Yes there is a trailer socket on the car I will have a look at that as well.

I have a problem with the indicators on my 2003 Peugeot 307 Rapier HDI, both side indicators when turned on are flashing at double speed. I have changed all the bulbs but the problem is still there, there doesn’t appear to be a flasher unit but is incorporated in the indicator / wiper / lights...
