  • Was reading on the old forums - Plumbing - about using pipe springs to try and clear blockage (I guess thats only for short distances) and also about using some chemicals to break down the bloackage which may be more want you ought to try in your case (before channeling out the wall!).

    Have a look in there for some of the chemicals suggested.

    The problem is with the inlet side, the return is fine. The problem i have is i don't know where in the inlet pipe the blockage is, and further more, the pipe is plastered into a solid wall, so if i was to replace the pipe from the joint i would have to channel out the wall and make a mess, which i don't want to do.

    Thoughts?
