I was hoping to please get some advice from you you regarding your (tobacco) smoke issue.
Our neighbour's smoke is coming into our first floor-void, via her first floor-void and through a poorly built parti-wall.
We can smell the smoke below our floorboards on one side of the bedroom.
Did you have any resolutions to your 2012 issue please?
