    Identifying ridge tile

Generally the ridge come from the same manufacturer as the tiles so if the manufacturer's name is stamped on the back of the tiles it will be a starting point.

    New warm deck flat roof

If as you say the existing felt is in good order then you can just lay (waterproof) insulation on top and weigh it down with a layer of stones. (Google ballasted roof)

    Lead Flashing Correct?

I suspect that the lead flashing is weathering the sheet under the glazing bar and the bar is there for mainly aesthetic purposes IMO you have very little to worry about, I think that it will be weatherproof. The lead flashing looks like it has been installed well.

    Second hand 'Swallows' tiles

I've just researched Swallow Tiles, apparently they started producing in 1860! Sadly they went out of business in 2008

    Second hand 'Swallows' tiles

Just noticed the date, are you sure they are Swallows? I didn't think they had been arouind that long. What I said in my last post may not apply.

    Second hand 'Swallows' tiles

Swallows are very desirable tiles and I think that they will still be in demand from salvage yards Have a phone around. If it's of interest, some places may negotiate to strip the tiles at no charge for the salvage value.

    Condensation in loft

Unfortunately the insulation does not stop water vapour from getting into the loft so therefore ventilation is required Vent tiles come from lots of manufacturers at different prices but these are readily available...

    Leaking valley

Did you ask them to do this? If you did, and they didn't, why did you pay them?

    Low pitch on new roof

But the correct specification is for 20 degrees minimum I have scaled it out on paper and the difference between the pitch of the slates and the pitch of the rafters is only about 1 degree (effectively each slate is 8mm higher at its tail than at its head)

    Low pitch on new roof

I think we are pretty safe in assuming they are Eternit slates! 16 degree pitch is not enough and I don't think that measuring the pitch of the slate rather than the pitch of the rafter is going to make too great a difference

    Low pitch on new roof

Minimum pitch for 600x300 slates at 110mm headlap with Moderate Exposure is 20 degrees. With a pitch 20% less than that I would be concerned if not worried; keep a close watch on it.

    Flashing & Soakers

Unfortunately I don't think you will get preformed ones. It is easier and cheaper to make your own. Buy either a roll of 180mm Code 3 if you want to be absolutely correct or Code 3 150mm which will be adequate.

    Flashing & Soakers

I agree that 6" (150mm) soakers were solely used for many, many years. But 7" (180mm) have been used for probably the last 10 years. Not saying they are any better but that is what is now specified by LDA, NHBC and in NBS specs. The lead is always available in Roofing Merchants

    Ventilation tile

I think the vent tiles have 10,000 mm2 free area so to comply with current recommendations you would need them at 2 metre centres each side of the ridge. This is probably overkill so if I was you I would put 2 or 3 each side and see if that gets rid of the condensation. They are pretty...
