hi just letting you know that as a result of me watching the watchdog video on youtube and aquiring the number shown there i phoned them to speak with an american sounding man who then scheduled me for a repair visit, i am pleased to announce that the repair man came out from rls refridgeration,from chester,who then de-iced the fridge and fitted a new heater and thermostat,this was about 6 weeks ago now and the fridge is working brilliantly !! so give them a call, by the way it was all free of charge !!

I also have a Samsung RSH1DTMH11 which is not cooling in the fridge compartment. Given the Watchdog programme and the subsequent agreement to extend the warranty by Samsung in respect of their Rs21 model I propose to isue proceedings against them if they do not rectify the problem - which is identical to the fault in their RS21 model. Clearly this is an inherent defect. Watch this space ....
