Hi the units are made with T&G chipboard 8x2 flooring with a 6mm finishing ply to th faces. its the ply that i need to protect with ever a varnish or HWO. the way i have done them is so they look like solid wood 30mm thick and they are very strong.

Hi all I want to cut 12 sheets of 6mm ply (8x4) on my table saw. what is the right type of blade i will need for a good clean cut. I have been told that a blade should have 2 teeth in the cut at any time. all the best Martin
