You're right, of course. Subjugating or even obliterating ISIS will only work for a short time. They will be replaced by others sooner or later.
I think the best we can hope for is that they will eventually grow up and, possibly, eventually even become atheists like more and more people in civilised countries are doing.
Difficult to imagine, but not impossible. After all, we began to progress away from blind faith only a couple of centuries ago.
But you haven't seen what Hell is like yet...
It's a muslim state with a compulsory school you have to attend 24/7 where joe90 teaches history and BAS teaches moral philosophy...

Just came across this. not only are the Americans not arming the Kurds, they're stopping other countries from doing so as well.
Also according to this article they're refusing to bomb clear Isis targets when they are pointed out to them.
It seems like some of the rumours may be true about the yanks using the threat of Isis to achieve their own ends regards Iran, they don't seem too serious about wiping the coonts out

There's a lot of talk about the Yanks and us being old allies and we being America's 'best friend', yet we read things like this. I'm not sure, but I feel that relations between us and them may have suffered since Obama took over. I'm not too sure that he's particularly highly regarded over there either.
