Beko american style fridge freezer temp prob

Hello.

We recently got a new Beko american style fridge freezer (model ASN541X).

Its been working fine and the temps inside seem to be fine also but the display for the freezer wont go below -11 now. It jumps from -2 -4 -6 -8 -11 but we cant get it back to the -18 where it was. Manual says this is the ideal temp setting. The fridge side temp seems to be displaying in fahrenheit now aswell but a simple conversion and we have it set to 39.

Is it possible to do some type of factory reset on the display ?

Its only been like this a day and temp inside seem ok but we are afraid if the freezer is 7 degrees higher then it should be we will have problems.

The freezer display was in fahrenheit too

So -2 should be aprox -18 celcius....

Our Beko has also switched to Fahrenheit. Just wondering how to switch back to Celsius?

Can you let me know how to switch ASN541X back to C?

Update: To change you press and hold the 2 far right buttons (or the outer bottom buttons on some models) to toggle F and C.

My refrigerator was change to the farenhait, for change to celicius
disconnect the electricity power . Open the refrigerator door .
Connect the electricity power . Hold two button on the right side ( refrigerator temperature and freezer temperature ) in the screen show the mode of temperature for example FA or CA
