x reg fiesta codes

i have an x reg fiesta, i checked the dtc codes the other day, and i got a code0045 which pertains to the turbo. this car does not have a turbo. why am i getting the code.
the other codes were;
0721
0100
0004
0001
can any one explain these to me please.

thanks for that greg, but I have those codes and I dont see codes for 0004/0001. and also why does it give me o error code for a part I don't have like the turbo. also one of the self diagnostic codes was telling me the battery was low voltage so I got my multi meter and checked it, the battery was fine and strong. the thing is the code reader is fine but the car wont let me erase the codes, it says it cant establish a link, but it will give me live feed data, strange!!!

The car is the sort of age that it could be pre OBD which means that it may not have full functionality with a standard code reader. Is the reader specifically for a ford of that age? Disconnecting the battery for a while can sometimes scrub the codes, you'll need the security code for your radio if it is a standard ford one.

Old codes may have been logged and not cleared, if its running well dont worry too much. They are not perfect systems so expect some odd codes now and again.

thanks for that guys, no the reader is not specifically for the fiesta. it does seem to not be able to erase the codes though, but as you say the car is running fine so I wont worry too much.
