My Baxi boiler is leaking small amounts of water (dripping), it seems to be leaking at the back of the DHW pressure differential value and where the grub screws go on. I have included a pic and page from the manual of the boiler, with arrows point to where the drips are forming (see below).
Any suggestions as to what is causing the leaking of water and what i need to do to stop it please?

Thanks in advance guys :)

Thanks..

oh yes i forgot to and should have added that I replaced the diaphragm, pin and nut about a year or so ago as there was another leak

as in this post:
//www.diynot.com/diy/threads/baxi-combi-80e-leaking-water.343395/

The dripping has only started again a couple of weeks ago... after installing the new diaphragm i monitored it for a few weeks to make sure there was no leaks - there was none at that time

Could the diaphragm gone again so quickly?

Thanks again

You welcome.

So your maintenance work stopped the leak since, a year ago? Wear and tear on a rubber product is
generally depending on the quality of the product?

I'm googling around, but no result yet...

Replace valve body. Seem to recall removing l/h side panel to get at the grub screws on that side

If pressure going down then its the fancy nut. You can get them on their own. But you must ensure the spindle is totally clean otherwise the new seal will spoil quickly.

But if pressure not going down its the tiny "O" at the back of the diaphragm assembly.

Neither are the easiest job but it depends a lot on the available access particularly from underneath.

is the o ring that you guys are referring to the one in the pic below please?

Yes, that's the one that fits the rear seal of the DHW housing. Remove the hex nut, prize the old one out and fit new seal. This is best done with the diaphragm housing stripped down. Cleaning the pushrods is vital.

thanks... so i basically do what i did before when the leak as at the pushrod end.. get the same kit and replace the same parts essentially?

here is the kit i used before:

Or can i just buy the o ring separately

Also where does the o-ring go... position 1, 2, 3 or 4 on the pic below please?
