Uni dry verge
Is that as they say usually too good to be true?

Bedding with mortar usually costs more then that surely ?

It depends how they prep it. Simply replacing the verge fillet with fresh mortar will last for decades. Sticking plastic over the end and screwing into duff mortar won't last a few months. See it all the time. It's the tarmac crew doing the job.

They are all the rage nowadays.

For that price, they are probably not removing the verge, just over cladding. The problem with this is that there needs to be some sound lath to fix to.
