Hi all forgive me if my question has been answered on here before but i'm totally new to these type of forums.
I have just installed a floureon cctv and set up email and android phone compatibility using vieweasy v2.
I followed instructions from a link on youtube and everything seemed fine until i opened vieweasy on my android.
The app opens up and windows appear where after clicking icons my cctv should appear.
When i try to open the small screens a connecting to server appears but then i see is an error message device not connected.
Can anyone help me to correct this problem please.
Thanks
chad

On your android device, are you on your home wifi or on 3g/4g; you may need to set up port forwarding on specific ports on your router along with using a service like DynDns. Also setting a local static IP for the Floureon CCTV system will also likely be required.

What else have you tried; accessing the system on your computer, etc...

I have downloaded vieweasy v2 on my lg g3 after scanning a barcode link on the cctv settings. The app opens up showing one large screen and three smaller screens but when i try to connect the message device is offline. I added the gid number given on cctv settings together with name user etc. I done this by following a video giving full instructions on youtube. I have tried my android internet and pc download of the same cctv app to no avail. I have only tried wifi on each. Floureon say there is no need to set up port forwarding on my router and ive not heard of DynDns but i will look into it. Pc tech is not my forte to say the least its all new to me and can be irritating but hopefully with help via this forum or your good self i shall find the solution.
thanks for your reply
