Hi, During re-decoration I wanted to cover up some pipes running down the walls so I bought
some 15mm double saddles and the 15mm pipe cover. Both products are Talon. Can anyone
tell me why I have 'bulges' in some places? afterall, the saddles have the pipes in them so they must all be lined up correctly so to speak. Talon have suggested that the saddles should be equally spaced ?????? I can't see that it should be a problem how they are placed apart, it should not make any difference.

This can be because the wall is not flat, or the plaster is not of consistent thickness. One way of spotting this is to hold a straight-edge over the pipes

Or did you mean something else?
