Cracked concrete lintel above uPVC door

Hi

I was just wondering if anyone on here knows is this crack could be serious??

It's is a crack in a concrete lintel that is above a uPVC door. It is at the point where the main house is connected to the garage / extension so there is no floor above the door.

Looks a bit like the lintel was too short and the bricklayer used a bit of render to make it look like it had enough bearing.

That crack look like its been there for many years, and the lintel does not look like its going anywhere soon.

How deep is the crack? Is it just in the render at the end of the lintel?
