Price for new boiler install

Not to current standards, any cable or flex should be 25mm from gas pipe.

So this will be there 2nd mistake...

But Then again you haven't seen where my ring mains and lighting and cooker/electric shower feeds go...

If 25mm is regulations on 3amp flex... I would personally let them off with it... I don't like it near the hot pipes though...

But like u said, if he's done it correct it should be heat resistant which is fine. It doesn't matter where your other elecs go, the wires come from the left, and the wires can go in on the far left of the boiler so don't get why he has run them behind all the pipes and not just behind 1 pipe but whatever your happy with, u did ask if it was correct or not...

That's a mess!!!
Worcester Bosch, the Cowboys choice

The installer was a valiant fan too.. Mostly for there easiness to work on and easy to installness!...

Great for the novices I presume!

I suspect a lot more skill is involved to fit the Worcester ? :D

If you need more skill to fit a worcester, after all the advice you've picked a crap boiler and had a nasty install.
You can knock a year off your warrenty for not fitting a Worcester filter.
Absolute garbage install and poor boiler.

Your a fool!!!!!

I've decided to be tactful rather than honest...................................

It's 5h1t.

Didn't realise you was fitting it yourself :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Tony needs to go to specsavers. Filling loop has no check valve. Pipes I'll not comment on but a spirit level wouldn't have gone amiss.

That filter rounds the job off nicely.

Still if you're happy with it, great, gives you something to practice with instead of giving shyte advise to other forum members on leaking diverter valves, or not.

Well... I did'nt know what to expect really.. Im not too happy with the pipework as it looks untidy, the cables could have been pinned to the wall, your all saying it's a sh!te job... So please explain why?

Does the way the pipe work is arranged effect the boiler performance in any way?

Back to this get a better installer again....I thought I did... I honesty would not how to get any better? Unless I did it all my self belive it or not, but all I would have done differently as an "amature" is the pipe work would have been neater, and the dhw and cold feed pipe runs would not run into the loft and back down again just to get to the other side of the wall.

These were so called professionals again that did the install? There were 3 of them.. This is what we get up north.....

Arę you all WB haters?

I've questioned the filter not being a WB one and how does it effect my warranty... There Looking into it....

Sucka!

You get an extra year if you fit worcesters, you get loads of leaks if you fit a TF1!

It's the TF1 compact, leaks from where?the big o ring? Drain valve? It's not a complicated device, I was all over it in 5 mins.. I quite like it, but don't like the idea on loosing 1 years warranty... Apparently according to energy alliance WB supplied it? So I'm just waiting to hear back from them on it.

Worcester didn't supply another companies filter!
Come on, wake up.

TF1's leak like a sieve. Did you not notice tge spare o rings that they now supply with them for when it leaks.
