Getting ready to paper my ceiling. I have done it before with help but this is a small ceiling and doing it alone.
I have already stripped, filled & sanded many times and today I sized with solvite wall sealer. I actually did 2 coats 4 hours apart as the ceiling seemed to drink it. As could of area went rubbery for some reason but think they are okay now.
I did you some stain block spray the other day but I still have these round greenish circles... Do you think they will show through paper & emulsion?
