Hi everyone. I am thinking about replacing my current double garage with a brick built one. It will be exactly the same size (possibly slightly smaller) and it will be in the same place as my existing one (which is fabricated). Please could somebody tell me if I will need planning permission to do this?. I know that planning permission wasn't needed when I put my present one up, because its not brick built, but as it is in need of some repair (mainly to the roof), I would like to replace the whole thing. So does anyone know if I will need permission?
