I am baffled as to why some sealant I applied in the bathroom and kitchen has become discoloured so quickly.
More bizarrely, half of the sealant is till pristine and white and the other half has turned brown ( (see attached pic).
The container specifies that it is bathroom sealant so that should not be the issue.
I used WD40 to soften the old sealant before scraping it out - is it possible that I used too much of it much of it , or failed to let it dry/was it away sufficiently, and that is the cause of the discolouration?
I want to remove the sealant and start again ut obviusly donlt want to be back at square oe in six months.
Does anyone have any suggestions
