Hi,

The garden post is quite loose, also the edge fence boards are in very bad conditions now.

I am thinking of buying fence panels other than keep on using fence boards. My house is at mid of a hill and the garden is not flat. My neighbor used concrete to flat the foundation, but when I bought the house, the concrete foundation is not flat.

Can I pour concrete to existing concrete to make it flat? Or I have to live with it (unless decide to get rid of everything)?

I attached a photo so you can see bit better.

I'm having a hard time making sense of your post?? What do you mean by can i pour concrete to make it flat?

Do you need to replace the posts?

Are you intending on replacing the whole fence?
