New build- is this sink waste pipe layout correct?

Wellll...it'll work but it doesn't look the best, does it! The inclined pipe will be full of water and grot, which would help it to block. Does the waste from the 1/2 bowl bubble up into the main sink at all?

No its not correct. Drains work by gravity which is why they must always run down hill. It will "work" but not correctly and in time you might start to get a fair stink from it.
