I'm looking for a double-ended version of this:

It's for connecting two accessories together, as you normally would with a galvanised coupler and two male bushes. Except I want to do it in white PVC.

Does such a thing exist?

Yes there are two versions. The short one is designed to be simply glued the one with one end longer than the other is designed to have short end glued with standard glue and long end with not setting glue to allow for expansion and contraction the non setting glue stops water ingress.

Sorry Eric I've not got a clue what you mean.

Put another way, I need a white PVC version of this, threaded at both ends:

I can then, using two male bushes, connect two boxes together.

use two of the white plastic adapters you have mentioned the original post with an offcut of conduit in between them :)

Too long I'm afraid. Only looking for the length of the regular coupler - about 40mm give or take.

Ask the mfrs for a free sample to see if it suits your needs?

Otherwise I think EFLI's advice to use a metal one and paint it is excellent.

Hmm that's probably going to be more hassle than it's worth. Really I was just looking for an in-stock product from a UK supplier, if one existed.

Never mind, galvanised it is. Nobody is going to see it but me anyway.

Or look for white stuffing glands which have an M20 thread internally as well as externally, and put 2 back-to-back like this:
