I've been offered 5x5kg tins of this so I did a quick search.
Is it really as good as it says on the tin? Ie: can be applied to damp surfaces, excellent solar reflective qualities and last but, not least, a very good repair system for felt roofs?

I've no experience with this product so any info is much appreciated.

Even though it says ok to use on damp surfaces it's a bugg3r to put on as it just slides over the surface and curls up. We've recently used up 30x 20kg tins on some asbestos garage roofs in Birmingham. Fitters were adamant they wanted to wait for a dry warmish day.
It can take up to two weeks to dry by the way but when it does it's fantastic.

Its for emergency roof repairs in my opinion not for a long term fix. I tried it when it first came out but
I don't use the stuff anymore, I would recommend getting some matting to use with it if you are covering cracks.

Any other you'd recommend?

I've got a job for the local hospice and they don't want to spend too much as they're probably going to demolish the building and erect a new one next year.

They have got four leaks, mainly around the internal outlets/gulleys where the felt has cracked.

I used to use another product which I had good success with but recently it's been carp, don't know why.

Acropol is a good brand just as long as you now its only going to be a temporary fix.

Today was half dry here, I am still on a two an half day job six days later!!!!!!!
Its not stopped raining for at least a fortnight.
