PU Foam Gun Problems

I've bought one of these no nonsense foam guns from screwfix over a year ago.

Starting using it a few months ago and all been well.

Trouble is that now I've noticed that the barrel end does not fully shut off when I've finished using it. If I try and push through some gun cleaner after using some foam, when I release the trigger, a small amount of cleaner continues to come out of the barrel end.

It leaks a small bit of foam when left over night.

I've tried taking the barrel end off and cleaning up but this has made not difference.

Its over a year old so can't take back.

Any suggestions please?

Par for the course. Been there myself. You might get a few more months by doing a full dismantle and clean (I did) otherwise, buy another (I did eventually).

Not had any problems with mine, you leave the can on and shut down the gun with the wheel at rear.Foam stays liquid in the nozzle, I just spray the plastic extension nozzle with a little car carburetor cleaner and it leaves it spotless.
