Part L Pressure Testing - how does that work with trickle vents, I assume they must be closed during the test ? from my experience they are not the most sturdy/air tight bits of kit.

Trickle Vent Extractor Fan - is there such a thing, be easier that drilling a huge hole through the wall. I want to control, on a timer when a room is vented for a tenant - who's room is constantly damp from all the clothes drying, despite asking for a top window to be left open, it never is, trapping all the moisture.

Think they tape them up. Just stick 2 external trickle vent canopies on so they are permantley open that will teach them to not listen

Ahh yes good idea ! I'm fed up of asking ... the room feels more than damp, why would you want to sleep in that ...

they will do an initial quick test and if it fails go round looking for leaks such as extractors trickle vents etc and tape them up
