Hi all, no I wasnt the one to post a similar thing a few months back, but boy I could of,as I was just as frustrated about it then as I am now. I do try not to time waste as I do kind of, in a round about way, work in the trade and so I know how annoying that can be. Im also totaly aware that anyone pitching up to quote has probably just come off site, is knackered, driven through rubbish traffic and can't wait to get home.
So as accomodating as I think Im being Im still not a good customer as far as these guys are concerned, so Im just wondering who is? Im am totally disheartened and to be honest once Ive finished the work on my flat, Ill never do it again as its been a real problem finding reliable people. Its bonkers really. Now I have the very real issue of finishing the work myself and having to master a few more new skills.
If, however any of you know a good reliable joiner/cabinet maker who is happy to work in birch ply, and doesnt get upset by someone who actually know what they want, in Glasgow, point them in my direction please. I really dont bite.
