Hi guys I need some led plinth lights which are a warm white colour. Looked online relatively difficult to find. Any recommendations on brand and where to buy them from

Thanks

It is unusual to be worried about amount of power used with decoration lights, so one can select any colour changing LED set and select the colour required. Can't see the problem getting colour.
As to where to buy from the best is always some where local where you can actually see the lights and be sure they do what you want. I would start with garden centres.
There are some things I will buy one line.
1) Order on line for local collection Tesco etc.
2) Cheap enough so if turns out rubbish can afford to lose the money.
3) Unavailable anywhere else.
I ordered a special TV remote control from Amazon I was sure it was right one and not available local. I very nearly ended up paying money every month for a delivery service which it seemed I had agreed to by using it once. I had to opt out within a month it was only by luck I found out. So best is not to buy on line it seems. If there had been a error in my email address then I would have never known.

For plinth lighting?

I have considered low level lighting on stairs and the like to allow safe walking or crawling without wakening other occupants of the house by switching on lights and also giving the egress route in the case of fire. Having a voltage able to be supplied by a battery is clearly a desirable feature. As to which colours are best for seeing in smoke I don't know.

I do see the point BAS is making plinth lights are visible in some of his pictures. But top right the lamp is not visible only the light from it. Colour changing LED

will allow what ever colour you want. But that may no be your idea of plinth lighting. Although it does have a real use in the main it is simply decorative so there is no real need to worry about lumen per watt so buying high quality lights is not really required.

My son has some colour changing lights under his stairs which look silly to me, but his wife likes them. And this is the point it is so personal no one is likely going to be able to help you decide what is best for you. Only thing I would say is self adhesive lights and trunking always seem to come off again. The self adhesive is great to hold it in place while some other glue dries but not as the only fixing. Be it white corking or transparent silicon sealant you normally need some thing as well as original sticky backing.
