Main window in the living room (if you've hopped in to the building forum you'll know what's going on) may at some point have to be replaced.

Approximately it is 2.2mtrs in width & 1.5mtr in height. In actual fact it's just a tad under that but i rounded up anyway.

I was looking for a picture of the window & this is an old shot....

2 openings at the top.

If at all possible it would be great if you could break down the cost in to window & fitting. If not then it's no major issue. Total cost will be fine. Or even just 1 of them if you don't know the combined. Just something to go off that's likely to be in the region of.

Window cost (trade) about £250-300. Fitting about £150-250. Fensa certificate with compulsory insurance policy about £100.
Thats roughly based on a small local firm and one fitter without a laborer.

Fensa and insurance costs the same whether its 1 window or 30 unfortunately so doing one window at a time can be more costly now.

I don't buy many windows but my guys quoted C rated eurocell logic 70 at £377 just for the window plus fitting/fensa/insurance, of course if I bought more I'd get a better discount code so this price is probably a Max price you'd pay

just bear in mind they are trade prices though , a window fitting company will want to supply the window too and will want to make a little money on that too..
