I need to replace this light unit connected to the bulb, what's the proper name for it and what do I need to tell in store please :)

It is one type of MR16 lamp holder likely a GU5.3. As shown often people call the 12 volt GU5.3 lamps MR16 but in real terms MR16 refers to the reflector type and diameter so you can also get MR16 with GU10, E14 and E27 holders. So it depends on which shop as to what it is called.

Anyone knows where can I buy these with length of 25cm? AllI see online are 15cm length max and they are too short for me.
