We need to install a Sangamo 2 module din mounted time switch flush with the wall. This is to control some outside lights to come on at dusk and go off at midnight. Sangamo have already pre-programmed the time switch.
Unfortunately the time switch needs to go in an entrance lobby adjacent to the exiting supply that feeds the outside lights via SWA. There is no easy way to locate the time switch adjacent to the distribution board without a considerable rewire.
I am therefore looking for a two module steel box, with a din rail (preferably with a cover) which will house the time switch and can be chased in flush into the block work. I know there are some distribution board that can be installed flush with the plaster but cannot find any two module versions. the closest I can find is this at CEF but this is supposed to be surface mounted and only single module. This is a better design as it has a cover over the modules deterring tampering but is too big. Our electricians are finding it difficult to source what we need. Does anyone have any ideas on a metal clad recessed box with a din rail?
