What's the maximum vertical flue length I can have on a combo boiler?
I want to install one in the downstairs of a three storey house, and ideally run a vertical flue straight up inside a dry riser surfaces above the roof line, so I need about a 22-25 foot flue.
Will this work??

Which boiler? It varies from make to make. You'll need inspection hatches in your boxing so that the joints of the flue can be inspected. If you haven't chosen a boiler yet, an Intergas Combi ECO RF can have a 10m vertical flue (assuming no bends, which reduce the permissible length on all boilers) so that would do you.

Thanks all, to reassure you I'm not planning to go it myself, I had been told previously by a Corgi registered fitter that there was no way I could have such a long vertical flue, the length is very important as unless can vent it to above the roof Lin my neighbours (its a 1960s terrace) would get plumbs of steam etc in from of their sitting room window, which I obviously want to avoid. I also want t make good use of a redundant dry riser which was in place for an old hot air heating system.
