Can I just check, if the hot water flow restrictor is removed this will increase the amount of water flow. This will mean that the inlet tap will have to be closed more to compensate for the extra water flowing through the heater. What is the benefit in that? Thanks.

Ok emergency over. Having done as told I eliminated the boiler & found that there was a tiny leak in a 10mm pipe. It had been stood on & pricked by a carpet gripper! Thanks for your help.

Hi Malio, I'm in Leeds as well with the same problem as you. I think. My boiler is losing pressure but with no visible water leak. Did you fix yours?
