Sorry to open this thread up again, but mine is taking forever to fill, like a couple of hours, it is exactly the same as this and water is just spraying out of the top, which bit do i need to unscrew please

OMG forgot about this just had an email notification, i replaced all batteries in all and still was the same, the only thing i could come up with (after getting the two rechargable in control box) was the battery in the alarm box outside and ordered a complete new alarm box when it came i took...

i obviously have not made myself clear the low battery is illuminated on the control panel, showing that one of the magnetic door strips is low on battery, BUT the led light on door strips is not illuminating for approximately 1s when the detector is triggered. I know how the system works...

no not in test manual says nothing about the rechargeable batteries in both the control panel and the siren, just the low battery conditions for the magetic detectors and the movement ones, which states when in normal operation they will flash when opened or movement is detected, which they...

I am referring to the rechargeable batteries in the control panel, as i have said i have a low battery showing on the control panel which indicates a low battery, but none magentic strips are flashing when opening door which is indication of low battery, hence why i am wondering if it could be...

Yet none of the magnetic strips flash when doors open which is how it shows which has the low battery, does anyone know how you can check the internal rechargeable batteries are not on their way out?

Hi, upstairs rads have been turned down to 2, as rooms getting to hot, even set at 2, rads are still on, room temps at mo about 20/21, does anyone know what the temps are set to on these, thanks

had two fire ups since i turned the cold water supply off, and both where 70 minutes, so im assuming it must be because of the temperature around the boiler, it has getting very cold here, maybe next year will look into getting one of those things to stop it, do you know how much they would be...

oh thanks for that, although i couldnt afford to buy one or pay to have it put in at the mo, although i do hate this preheat thing, but then it has its advantages like maybe a leak i cannot see - lol

thank you, i have done that now so will let you know in about an hour, after reading manual it says time can vary on ambiable temp surrounding boiler, and its cold here now, so we shall see, can do without ripping bathroom apart -lol

yes, i already know that one i notice because the firing up drives me nuts ever since it was put in, and thought it was going off alot more so timed it a few times, if i have a leak under the bath then the panel needs ripping off to sort, if its not something to worry about then i dont need...

Hello all, before i rip the bath panel out to see if i have a small leak on hot water tap can anyone tell me if the boiler fires up more often when the weather gets colder, it should fire up every 90 minutes but now firing up every 71 minutes, so either got a leak on hot bath tap or this is...

yes i have sorted it now, although it is still firing up more often than it should although i have found a tiny leak on the hot water pipe down stairs hopefully it will be sorted tomorrow and have turned boiler off for now

have sorted washing machine out and it has stopped firing up now, so obviously the turn off valves where letting it through somehow, thanks for all your help

it must be something to do with the hot fill on wasking machine, it has a small leak, so have turned the latch to off ad aslo turned the supply to it off but it must be leaking through somewhere

Have no dripping taps, just checked them all, where do i tirn it off right at the top of the pipe (a little brass thing)?
