Hi all Anyone ever installed or come across a remote gsm auto dialler like this? http://www.edgarsson.co.uk/vac2conns.htm I need to install something like this to monitor some kit where there is no fixed phone line. I welcome your comments and advice.

By using a slighty more expensive dimmer with a ramp up feature lamps seem to last longer, but it all depends on the quality of the lamps in the first place.

You could spur from the power circuit using a switched fused outlet with a suitably rated fuse for the three downlights, but if you wanted to add to the existing light circuit you need to take a supply from the rooms lighting circuit and add additional switching.
