Have they checked the microswitch on the diverter to see if its making in hw mode.

On each end of the braided hose there should be a black knob, turn both of these to allow water into the boiler. keep an eye on the gauge.

Yes you need to fill the system via the braided filling loop to 1 bar.

it does sound faulty. try reducing the pressure down on the valve ... see what happens at cold kitchen tap.

I think you need to check the incoming cold pressure, is there a gauge on the prv. more than likely the showers are in need of a service and / or replacement cartridges.

Is it a mixer tap recently fitted,or seperate hot and cold tap which has just developed this problem.

NO perm pilot. Try moving the lever on the mid position valve over manually. This should be next to the hot water cylinder

( I think to the central heating. ) have you checked the flow etc, are they getting hot, then the div would be the problem
