    Dulux satinwood on exterior door?

    Hi, I am about yo paint my front door (exterior) in Dulux satinwood. Is this a good idea or should I got for an exterior gloss - even though i prefer the matter looking finish of satinwood? BTW the paint i have is interior satinwood.

    Quote - Betcha don't have an RCD.... Just looked at the fuse board and its the RCD that trips not the MCB. Does this make a difference to the diagnosis?

    Found the manual, it says a 13A fuse is the minimum required - this is fitted, into a 13A Socket unit. there is a plate saying the rating 2.25kW or is this other info?

    Ooops, sorry, not sure of the rating of the oven. Followed the installation instructions very carefully and used a plug into a normal socket. Looking on the internet it recommends a 13A fuse, so that is as fitted. Sorry for the confusion about that! The MCB is still tripping though lol.

    I have recently laid an oak engineered floor, and very nice it looks too! Yesterday I hung the door and today a small piece of grit has got trapped under the door and scratched the floor. I have raised the door by a few mm, but is there anything I can do to stop it happening again?
