If possible select a spin only prog.(not rinse & spin). If the interlock is faulty it will not spin. Not filling could be one of several possible faults, the above will elininate door lock switch.

Does the problem occur when there are other demands on this cold supply IE toilet re filling, kitchen tap turned on, washing machine on etc ?. Do you know the hardness of the water in your area.
