    Pre-Diabetes

That looks excellent! But there is a veg that I cannot recognise - I've clocked the toms, the onions, the lemon/limes and the courgettes. I stand corrected: they are peppers, of course (what a dimwit). But did you do the salmon in the oven with the veggies? Were they just baked or grilled? Did...

    Dipping toe into painting

Why not just take the vehicle er, I mean the panels to a decent bodyshop? Think of the bother you will save: avoid ****poor outcome, avoid getting paint all over the garage, avoid asphyxiating yourself. Think of the loss the latter would be to this forum? The posters here would be in mourning...

    EV are they worth it?

Wow. This would appear a wild over-reaction to my comment. Of course the area shown is not Bristol. In fact, as the super-sleuth that you clearly are, you have managed to pin-point the precise location. Well done, you. To develop the point, the first three photos depict chargers that were...

    EV are they worth it?

So they don't have these in Bristol, then? ...or these ...or these ...or these

    Beautiful Cars

A neighbour has this model P1800. Presumably this is how the original models left the factory.

    MOT question

Except he doesn't... 'cos you got it MOTd :). Seriously, though, owners can challenge their vehicle's claimed non-compliance if they have legitimate emission readings. I do not suppose that this would apply to your motor as you have said (previously) it is rather powerful.

    MOT question

I find this rather confusing. Is the 1.30 limit a value assigned to the vehicle's NOx emission? If so, your readings seem to be nearer to those of petrol (see below) - 0.07 is around 5.5% of 1.30. If that was genuine presumably you could claim your Euro 4 vehicle to be ULEZ compliant? Just one...

    Euro6 compliance

Given that this is fast becoming a reality if (not already accepted) it seems quite likely that we will see one of the big manufacturers cease car production altogether. Currently Ford appear to be immersed in some high-viscosity brown stuff, as they appear to have lost billions of dollars on EV...

    Euro6 compliance

Was it not ever thus? Perhaps your statement is increasingly valid when the prevailing administration appears composed of little but liars, opportunists and grifters. Anyway, I thought you were a tory?

EcoTEC 832: Failure with F62 - dodgy PCB or Gasvalve

My EcoTEC boiler stopped working yesterday with a F62. I have managed to do a reset and the problem has not resurfaced. Is it wise to stick with this and rely doing a subsequent reset should the issue arise again or should I get the engineer on to this ASAP? Thanks for any help.

    Parts For SpaceStar

You might find it worthwhile to invest in a basic code reader. I have a Foxwell 301 which relatively basic model though it does allow a code to be reset in most cases. So for instance when your engine light illuminates then plugging in the code reader will yield one or more fault codes providing...

What is the furthest you have traveled without using a plane on any part of the journey?

You would want to live there with 4 more years of Trump on the agenda? I was there for about a decade but was happy to leggit when Dubya became pres. That nation has declined immensely since the turn of the century. To be fair, though, the same could be said of the UK.

    EV are they worth it?

Have you chosen this type of vehicle in order that it is ULEZ exempt or do you just want to invade Poland?

    EV are they worth it?

Blimey, I nearly fell of my Parker Knoll when I saw that DNJ had actually posted a YT vid that demonstrated common sense, rational thinking and some positive recommendations to the Teslarati. Come on DNJ, you can do better than that. I want some vacuous gobshɨte, font of ignorance conveying...

    EV are they worth it?

That's very interesting. I was vaguely aware of the Chinese funding (is it Geely?) - but the links with the XC90 is news to me. Actually, as favour I drove a neighbour's XC90 to some street parking when he was having his drive resurfaced - he was abroad at the time. It may not be reasonable to...

    EV are they worth it?

I am sure the EV industry is quaking in its collective boots each time he posts. To digress slightly, I have taken a a cab into the West End a few times recently. Those EV taxis are pretty impressive. Very comfortable and pretty much absent of any noise. Far superior to those cr@ppy old diesel...
