To either Pre heat the hot water in the heat exchanger or not! With it on, the boiler will fire occasionally to keep the heat exchanger at a certain temp, and give you hot water quicker. With it off, the boiler may have to fire from cold, to give you hot water, which can take some time.

Is boiler suitable for 5 rads (TOTAL KW is 14) but need 4 extra rads (TOTAL KW 11) AND a bathroom used by 6 adults and kids too. Just reread your post. 5 rads total 14kw?! are you sure? They must all be very large radiatirs.

Nothing wrong with the Logic, fitted many. Just be aware, they are all 24kw to heating. The 30 kw and 35kw are for hot water only.

Nothing wrong with this boiler at all. Been fitting them since they first come out with no issues at all. The previous range were not very good at all, but this one is looking good.

Have you checked the hole from the base of the hx to the trap? Have seen this completly before.

Check the consesate trap is not blocked. Has it been regulary serviced? If not this trap can block, allowing the hx to fill wilth condensate. Boiler will not fire and you will hear a gurggling? noise as the fan trys to push the water up the flue.

even when fitted correctly you can still get condensation dripping from the flue. As the moist warm air hits the cooler air your get condensation forming right on the end of the flue that then drips. Remember, the more the boiler is condensing the less pluming you get and the more efficent...

most makes of boiler should be ok. looking at you longest lenght of 5 m with a meter for each bend, which gives a total lenght of 7 meters. Most boilers can go further than that.
