There is nothing written on the blue switch. On the front of the switch next to it, where the test switch is, it says 63 mA.

Hi 1john Thanks. The shower has its own separate enclosure so no other appliance involved. Also no test button on rcd. shower repair man tested circuitry but not sure about electrician think will get back to him to test.

The shower engineer suggested a 45 amp fuse. However this does not explain why power cuts out when shower not in use

Hi, the shower is 9.8 kw. The wiring to the shower is only one year old and fitted at the same time as the shower was installed. The fusebox component for the shower was also newly installed in a separate enclosure.

Hello On the fuse box there is a blue switch on the right that is the one that trips. There is a black switch on the left but that does not change. There is a 40 amp fuse.
