    thanks for the pointers ive already checked for a stronger signal on the stations. i'll check the resistance later. it just seem sreally odd to me that the same thing doesn't happen on any of the other stations?!

    follow the instructions that come with the jig. make sure you use a big router (1800watts plus) use a sharp cutter. also check the jig to see if anyone has nicked the channel for the guide bush as its easily done and it screws up the hole joint aleks

    expanding foam can be cleaned with acetone before its cured. any builders merchant that stocks gun grade foam will carry a stock of foam cleaner. you just spray it on uncured foam and it dissolves. its probably about £7/8 a can about 500ml. aleks
