Advice on my upcoming outbuilding project.

If you can ecuse the fact that it looks like a child drew this, I've roughly sketched up the layout of the plot. The existing garage is made up of preformed concrete panels, so it shouldn't be to difficult to take down, and the new garage/office will be brick and block.

Advice on my upcoming outbuilding project.

I'm unsure what you mean by this, mate. Remember, you're dealing with a bit of a noob here :D Edit. Done some reading and I see what you meant.....kinda. The building will be block and brick construction with fire doors/fireline plaster boards etc etc and as you can see on the diagram above...

Advice on my upcoming outbuilding project.

Hi and thanks for the replies. I'll try to add as much info as possible. The garden is 26ft wide and 65ft from the patio door to the wall marking the rear boundary of the property. There's already a concrete garage (20ft x 10ft) but I'll be demolishing that allowing me to drive my cars down...

Advice on my upcoming outbuilding project.

Long time reader, first time poster.....so be gentle with me, lol. I'm in the very early stages of planning a new office/games room+garage, but I'm pretty ignorant (at the moment) in all things building and this place seemed the perfect place to ask for advice as it's pretty obvious there are...
