    Vaillant Combicompact

Any RGI's familiar with the above boiler and serving the SR post codes. Don't have GC no., but it's the model with the plastic DHE. Problem is hot water at taps doesn't get to temp unless the flow is turned right down. TIA

    Wireless programmers/stats

You've got me doubting the simplicity of this task now. If I'm reading boiler and stat manuals correctly, I run a cable from terminals 1 & 3 (external controls) on the boiler to terminals A & B on the switched (non-mains) side of the relay box. Simple........or is it???

    Wireless programmers/stats

Thanks for the advice. I've seen the Honeywell CM927 recommended elsewhere so I think I'll go with that one. Thanks again.

    Wireless programmers/stats

Could someone please advise if it is possible to install a wireless programmer/stat to an Ideal Mini C28 combination boiler, approx 4 years old. If it is, are there any recommendations as which makes are more reliable and user friendly. Thanks.

    Thermostatic bar mixer

Thanks Chris...hadn't really thought of that. As initial flow through the mixer at the moment is just about zilch it would probably be better to change the whole thing.

    Thermostatic bar mixer

Would a bar mixer designed for use on a combi system only but fit to an open vent system work with a booster pump or should it be scrapped and an appropriate mixer installed in it's place. My own thoughts are that in theory it would work but would appreciate any advice.
