Hi, have problem Currently a metal DB with failing RCD installed 3 phase TT supply Need to change DB for Double insulated IP rated with 100A 100mA TD RCD Problem is .... a time delay RCD trips with 0.13s-0.5s but under 17th edition, it must trip 0.07secs as i understand from Table 41.1...

ive seen a bit of MICC, still doesnt look like it to me, but if u say it is then ill believe .... to be sure, just try bend the cores a little, if its stiff then they are solid conductors, so sure to be MICC

they look like vir's or rubber cables going into copper conduits with rubber 'cable protectors' on the end anyway, what ever it is there is probably joins and its heavily oxidised and possibly corroded in places

if you are only planning to use circuits covered by 2x30mA RCDs, you dont need a 100mA RCD, just use a normal isolator ?

the MK solution sounds good .... i think it works out cheeper to buy another "split load board" rather than the split load kits ? (not sure on inet prices though) take it that some circuits will not be on the 30mA RCDs and will only be on the 100mA RCD .... so u will actually have 3 banks of...
