I've tried looking on ebay for key conduit and i can only find 1 pac for sale, do you know anywhere that sells it? CEF or Edmundsons? it looks pretty good stuff anyone used it before? is that a good price for it on ebay i think it was about £9.00?

gu10 240v in a bathroom? ur spark was looking to cut corners me thinks! low voltage are much more reliable and yes they do burn brighter. are ur 240v d/lights sealed by any chance??? they should be in a bathroom especially if they are 240v!

a re-threading tool 3.5mm is what ur looking for, also known as a hand tap! very cheap, they work as the name suggests

i sell loads of them every day, to be honest i would not fit one in my house, but i have never had any faulty mcb's rcd's or anything really, buy a crabtree version from screwfix, they are not much more money and are worth it in my opinion

u could fit a socket converta in place of ur existing one, u can get single to double and even single to 4, very easy to fit, go on have a go!

Crabtree are good, and not a bad price either, good brands to go for are square d, wylex, crabtree, GET, avoid any cheap tat such as, Proteus, chint etc

focus, homebase, B&Q etc are very cheap on cable, bcos they don't sell much of it, it has a very slow turnaround for them, chances are they all bought in bulk a long time back now, and are selling the same stuff, so go on get ur self a bargain!
