It is most likely the pump at fault. If the pump housing and coin trap are all clear of debris, then you have an intermittent pump. I've encountered several over the years, so just change it.

I know this is not what you want to hear but it will most likely be the computer board that as gone also. With this model (WMA series) the interlock sometimes flashes over and takes the board out and usually both have to be changed.
