Hi all :) As per above the hairspray is over a large area on matt emulsion in magnolia, I shall be painting with matt mag emulsion again. I presume this is hairspray anyway, doesn't quite look like mould. Thanks all Boons

Question is before the coat of light ish blue goes on, do they need an undercoat over the filler spots etc? Good condition walls, matt paint before & matt paint going back on. Cheers Boons 8)
