have you checked drum bearings by trying to rock drum up and down from top and bottom and from side to side to see if there is any play or movement on bearings

i changed the brushes on this machine after poor spin performance could see the brushes sparking on spin now the machine wont spin unless the spin speed is set at 500 any other spin speed i.e 1600 max it will get up to speed then all lights and digital display will flicker then machine turn off...
