they have a release handle under the rear seat for the roof if it has got stuck, if it has been pulled it releases the motor off the mechanism which is in the passengers side in the boot, remove the panel to reveal the mech then clip the motor back into place hopefully that should be the problem.

you need an iso to din aerial adaptor usually a couple of pounds or 99p on ebay..

it sounds like the switch in the key take it apart check to see if the lock botton clicks when you press it, have replaced loads of these switches they tend to collapse, a good car audio shop should be able to replace it for you.

you can pick up an ignition live supply at the lights switch just run a wire i think its a black wire just check with multimeter or test light

it sounds like the key could be the micro switch collapased check switch clicks when you press them had a few of these break on me we end up soldering new switch in.

some of the old radios used to have a switch on the underside of radio to change pos & neg

get yourself a new shape seat leon its a golf gti but better looking and cheaper.

if you can get the forks in the radio and it wont pull forward theres a black plastic bung at the back of the radio you can get your hand up the back of the console and unscrew it it is very tight once thats out you can pull the radio forward.

as i said in my reply that type of radio doesnt have a cd changer/aux button so you cant use an interface.....

hi crafty sadly you can only use an fm transmitter on your fiesta with this type of radio on some other cars you can use an interface that uses the cd changer/aux socket on the back of the radio where as this type of ford radio doesnt have it. The other way is to use a wired fm modulator...

it sounds like you have a faulty starter motor if it does it again try tapping it with a screwdriver or a hammer.

The magnetic ones work ok fitted a few on audi tt for a dealer personally i would go for laserline or steelmate fitted loads of both makes although steelmate give you a more of a range ie: with displays or just buzzer and a range of colours if you dont fancy colour codeing them
