hi there, the above boiler is on a y plan vented system, the problem is it will not fire up. the pump is spinning the 3 port is working ok. i can hear the relay clicking on the pcb at start up but thats it no fan no spark any advice would be appreciated. thanks clarko

hello, the problem is i have no c/h.when i call for heat the green neon light comes on , pump runs but no ignition, h/w is working fine. any help would be grateful. thanks

hello, sime 80 combi, c/h works fine when a h/w demand is made boiler fires for 30 secs then cuts out, relights after about 30 secs flow rate has slowed down ,h/w temp has also dropped from what it was any help would be grateful. thanks

hi, i have a eljan jb40-50 warm air heater which functions correctly for c/h but the burner will not fire for h/w, the pilot is alight but nothing happens when a call for heat is selected . i have power to the gas valve , i suspect the solenoid is faulty. any help would be apprieciated...

hello, i am installing a 5" flue liner into a class 1 chimney, is there any reason why i cannot seal the base of the liner in the fireplace opening using plasterboard and dot n dab adhesive . thanks

hi ,my friend has sime friendly combi it goes through the operating sequence ignites main burners for roughly 2 secs then cuts out could this be a defective gas valve or pcb fault. many thanks

chris r i have checked all the connections all seems correct the boiler was working in c/h mode before the d/v was changed

ratonnastick ive tried the aps still no joy i could here the microswitches in the aps clicking

if i suck on the air pressure switch will that simulate the fan is runnig if that doesnt work is the fan the problem
